We maintain a fleet of heavy-duty repair trucks so we can meet your field service requirements wherever you happen to be.
At NMC Cat, we have more than 150 service trucks fully equipped with Cat tools, boom-cranes, air compressors and service manuals. We know how to provide rapid, accurate troubleshooting and our mobile heavy equipment repair service gets you moving promptly.
Any field professional you encounter with our company will be in constant mobile communication with NMC’s service department, connecting them to every resource at our disposal. They’ll come equipped with laptop computers that have the most recent Caterpillar® diagnostic programs, as well. While not ideal, repairs sometimes require our shop’s services. If that’s the case, we’ll manage the removal and transportation of the equipment to our location, where we’ll quickly repair the piece and return it to your job site right away for re-installation.
