We’re proud that over 12% of our workforce consists of veterans, members of the National Guard and Reservists. Our commitment to employing the men and women who serve America in the National Guard and Reserve earned NMC the Seven Seals Award given by the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve.

RESERVISTS

NMC Makes it a priority to accommodate the needs of military Reservists. NMC provides paid leave for two weeks of Reservists’ annual training. Additionally, NMC accommodates Reservists’ weekend duty responsibilities.

TOOL PROGRAM

Veterans, Guard members and Reservists interested in a career as a technician at NMC qualify for a toolbox and tool set.
